Victoria Olson is an American conductor, bassoonist, and educator based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a conductor, has participated in conducting fellowships and workshops with the Mostly Modern Festival, Fort Wayne Philharmonic, Denver Philharmonic, and Texas New Music Ensemble. She began her conducting career minoring in conducting and leading Carnegie Mellon University's Baroque Ensemble, where she was the only undergraduate and non-conducting major selected to study conducting with Ronald Zollman.

Alongside her conducting career, Victoria serves as Principal Bassoon of the Grand Rapids Symphony, a position she has held since 2016. She has also appeared as Guest Assistant Principal Bassoon with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Guest Principal Bassoon with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, and as a substitute with the Baltimore and Kansas City Symphonies among others. She has been featured as concerto soloist with the Grand Rapids Symphony and orchestras throughout the United States, performing works by Mozart, Gordon Jacob, and Vanhal.

An active educator, Victoria has been Instructor of Bassoon at Grand Valley State University since 2016, where she teaches applied bassoon, pedagogy, repertoire, chamber music, and professional development. She has also taught at the Interlochen Arts Academy Bassoon Institute, worked extensively with youth orchestras as a clinician, coach, and adjudicator, and serves as a woodwind clinician for Musician's Wellness of North America, helping musicians recover from injury and performance-related movement disorders.
